    Hi! Everyone,
Please help!! I am Karache Smith, aged 38 years working in a factory in the outskirts of New York City. I was diagnosed with asthma some time back after I complained of frequent breathlessness. The environment around me has high pollution levels owing to the factories. The doctors suggest that I relocate to improve my condition. I cannot do so and so am looking out for an alternative therapy that can reverse my condition.

  3. Asthma is curable. You do not need to worry. I have seen my cousin who was once a severe asthmatic patient and got completely cured by medicines and has never got it again.

These are also called preventative asthma medicines and are taken every single day to help prevent asthma symptoms and asthma attacks. These types of asthma treatment actually provide relief when your child has asthma symptoms. They are usually given with a nebulizer or a metered dose inhaler. Younger children can often use an inhaler with a spacer or a spacer and mask.

the asthma as a disease is very severe in nature but is also curable through yoga I guess. recently came across an article on timeswellness.com where they were talking about the various asanas which one could practice to avoid the asthma attacks and also curing it slowly side by side.

though it seems unrealistic in the first go but has helped me a lot...

    try it out

Asthma is defined as a disease characterized by an increased responsiveness of the trachea and bronchi to various stimuli, and is manifested by widespread narrowing of the airway passage that changes in severity either spontaneously or as a result of treatment. For asthma, including osteopathic, chiropractic, physiotherapeutic and respiratory therapeutic manoeuvers, found there is insufficient evidence to support or refute their use in treating asthma; these manoeuvers include various osteopathic and chiropractic techniques.By yoga one can control the attack of asthma to a great extent and subsequently gradually asthma can be cured from the roots.
