    I leave the oats as they are. i find blending the oats makes the pancakes alot more flimsy (they fall apart easier). As far as the amount of oats my method is:

    * crack the eggs in a mixing bowl and whisk
    * add pb and cinnamon and raisins and a pinch of salt and whisk
    * top up with oats so the mixture just binds together when mixed and whisk so everthing is binded together
    * top with soya milk (i prefer sweetened)
    * leave in fridge overnight
    * fry in a pan with a touch of oil or butter in the morning
    * cook each pancake on both sides for about 45-60 sec
    * flip pancakes out of pan(recipe makes about 4 medium sized ones) and turn off heat under pan
    * put honey in the pan and melt (do not burn)
    * drizzle over the top of the pancakes and sprinkle with cinnamon

    This is Recepi for fitness.

    A new study suggest that those who stay fit as they grow older may live longer than people who are out of shape. This was done to about 4,000 U.S. adults. Study reveal that around 20% of those with lowest physical fitness levels were double as likely to be dead over a nine year span as 20% with the next higher fitness level.

    Thanks for sharing this healthy recipe. There is no doubt that oatmeal is an ideal way to start your morning due to its huge health benefits. Oats are naturally low in fat and are an ideal component for a low-fat diet.

  4. Thats a good advice but i would like to say that soya milk will not be accepted for all person, some many develop stomach disorder or vomiting if they take soya milk so i would like to say that when taking soya milk be a little cautious, drink after testing whether your body condition accepts soya milk.
