My skins going crazy. I'm 37 with oily skin but I've never broken out before until now. I keep getting terrible breakouts and big cyst like pimples on my chin only. I keep switching skincare and most for acne dry me out too much. Has anyone had any luck with Dermalogica, Kinerase, Epionch, Clarins? I need a good skincare regime fast. Any suggestions?

First you should consult your dermatologist.Because sometimes many treatments may harm to your skin.So if you wanna try some lotion then prefer herbal lotion bcoz it has no reaction or side effect problem.

  3. Hi,

Just applying creams on the affected areas won't be the permanent remedy. The root reason for many skin diseases is our filthy bowels. Try to undergo Lemonade Diet. Apply Aloe Vera(cream). I hope you can find your exact remedy at one of these sites: http://AloeVera.SexandSlim.com (or) http://tinyurl.com/NoAcne (or) http://tinyurl.com/overcomerosacea (or) http://tinyurl.com/ayurvedicbeauty

  5. Dry Skin Face Cream:

I love a moisturizer called Moisture 24. It's sold by avon. Avon is no longer your grandma's company. It's a gel-cream so it manages to moisturize deep down without feeling heavy and greasy. Its about $10-15 but I stock up when its on sale so I end up only paying $5. I go through a local rep but you can order avon online now too.

    Oily Skin Face Cream:
i have very oily skin too. i use Aveeno's clear complexion. it works really well, it hydrates your skin without making it oily, and you'll never break out with it.

    Hi....

n dealing with these problems, individuals may be prescribed many healthy skin treatments by skin doctors or dermatologists. In addition to visits with doctors, many have experimented with their own all natural skincare treatments and all natural skincare products and facials. Individuals in search of healthy skin need to find skin treatments that specifically work for them. You need the expertise and guidance of skin doctors, but you also need to be aware of what triggers your condition. Skin problems are often very difficult to diagnose. Doctors can only act on the information that is provided to them. What makes your skin feel and look healthier and younger? What irritates it or causes a rash to develop? ....

    # Tips for cleaning & cleansing

    # Frequent washing and scrubbing can actually irritate the skin, and remove important oils that are necessary for supple and soft skin. It can also cause your skin to become overactive in its natural oils. So if you have oily skin, washing it more frequently will only cause more oil production.

    # Very few people realise that water alone, can remove most dirt from the skin. If you choose to use a soap or lotion, try and use ones containing oatmeal, or that are lipid-free (fat-free). Avoid standard soaps, and strong cleansers, as often they will cause the skin to dry out too much, and result in either very dry skin, or an over production of oil.

    # Many astringents, which are intended to close the pores in the skin, are actually causing irritation to the skin, which causes the pores to swell slightly. This gives the appearance that the pores have decreased in size, as the swelling closes the pores, and visually they look smaller.

    # Some overnight moisturising creams give the appearance that the skin is smoother, this is because the cream has given the skin a smoother layer by filling in the irregular surface of the skin.

    # Immediately after bathing, it is best to use a neutral pH moisturiser (the pH level of the skin is around 5.5). Do this immediately after bathing, as if you wait, your skin will begin to dry. Applying moisturiser quickly will help to prevent water loss, and therefore keep your skin more hydrated throughout the day.

Good skin care should be a basic procedure for most of us. If you are suffering from skin problems such as acne or eczema, you may need to see your doctor for further advice. Keeping things simple with your skin is the best way to maintain healthy skin.

  9. the best solution for you is to consult your dermatologist because anything you use should not aggravate your problem more or should not give any side effects.
