  1. Normally women need lot of iron and folic acid.As well as men also.Once iron is less in our body we get pains in all joints of our body.
Mainly knee pains so to avoid these kind of pains we have to take vegetables and eggs which will contain more iron.Once we aged we need more iron.

  3. Knees are most vulnarable part of our body. Since it's a weight-bearing joint the risk of acute and overuse knee injuries increase. so we need to take very good care of our knees during injuries of any kind.

recently came across an article on :

    http://www.timeswellness.com/index.aspx?Page=article&sectname=News&sectid=11&contentid=2009061820090617185445428a2da156a

regarding rheumatoid arthritis. the excerpts of the article are :

    What is rheumatoid arthritis?

Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) is a debilitating disease in which the body’s immune system attacks its own joints. There is currently no known cure for RA and it affects almost half-a-million people in the UK.
A staggering 40% of sufferers are forced to stop work during the first five years of their illness due to severe pain and disability caused by the disease.
    What’s the latest research found?
Giving patients with early signs of rheumatoid arthritis rituximab – in combination with the current treatment methotrexate – can almost completely stop the disease progressing.
This insight could save thousands of people going on to suffer painful joint damage and disability.
The study, by the University of Amsterdam, found that nearly 70% of patients with early rheumatoid arthritis symptoms who took both drugs developed no further joint damage.

In comparison, the joints of patients taking only methotrexate continued to deteriorate.

    hope You benefit from this.

Knee pains is not something unusual. It is experienced by people of all ages at some point or the other. It is becomes a dangerous affliction when it is ignored over a period of time, as sometimes minor knee and joint pains could be the beginning of something serious that leave the sufferer impaired. Usually knee pain emantes from excessive wear and tear of the knees without giving it the required amount of exercise; also obesity leads to weak knees as the knees are burdened by the exssecive weight of the individual.

  10. Women usually will require more calcium in their older days and its deficiency is one of the main reason which creates bone problem like joint pain , easily prone to breaking of bones.. so it is better to have calcium supplement in their younger age itself to avoid these complications. take more green vegetables and maintain a proper diet for healthy living.

  11. Yes, it really affects knee pains when we get older. I read that there is also many vegetables that we need to avoid because it affects the knee pain, vegetables like beans, soya beans, nuts and many beans and soya made products. I recommend that people must follow all the foods and exceptional foods.

  12. If you are suffering from knee pain, see a doctor / orthopedic surgeon who can determine the cause and prescribe an appropriate treatment and pain management plan.

This site covers only the more common types of knee pain. It will familiarize you with various causes, treatments, and prevention of knee pain, but please do not attempt to diagnose yourself.

The knees are the most easily injured part of the body. The largest and most complicated joint, the knee is used for everything from standing up, sitting, to walking, running, etc. It's a weight-bearing joint that straightens, bends, twists and rotates. All this motion increases your risk of acute or overuse knee injuries.

Acute knee injuries (including torn ligaments and torn cartilage) are often caused by twisting the knee or falling. Sports that involve running and jumping and sudden stopping and turning, such as soccer, basketball, volleyball, tennis, and baseball, as well as contact sports such as football, wrestling, and hockey increase the risk of an acute knee injury.

But more common than sudden knee injuries are injuries caused by overuse or overload.

Overuse knee injuries (including muscle strain, tendonitis and bursitis) may develop gradually over days or weeks. Pain is often mild and intermittent in the beginning and worsens over time. When muscles and tendons are stressed even slightly beyond their capabilities, microscopic tears occur. (Inflammation, which is part of the healing process, is what causes the pain). These tears must be given a chance to heal before subjected to the same activity to avoid overuse injury. Treat overuse injuries early to prevent chronic problems.

Orthopedics surgery is often utilized to promote the health and healing of bone and joint needs associated with a wide variety of orthopedic conditions. The scope of orthopedic specialists enables orthopedic surgeons to treat joint injuries as well as those caused by ligament, tendon, or nerve damage in Best Orthopedic Hospitals and Clinics.
