    hey joahna...thanx for sharing the information.
    I'm also suffering through RA and ive gone through the moments of isolation, depression, pain and restlessness. I cant speak abt what it feels like when you get that throbbing arthritis joint-pain. I went through the webiste that you listed here...A milllio thanks to u to get this site in2 our notice. It has so many details and facts and stories that helped me to get over this pain. Im sure it will make many others like me to feel better and rejoice their life and all the part and parcels of life too.

    how is it that you have so much of knowledge about arthritis?
    i wil surely make sure i follow this post...and will see to it that I perform few exercises at home. I would love to see myself free from all the pain and the sleepless nights that i go through.
